Top Gard Caps

Top Gard caps are available in diameter sizes from 3"-12".

They are created with a proprietary 5000 psi concrete embedded with micro-fibers for extra strength. They can be used to retrofit existing bollards and replace any mistake that is made through traditional methods. They are easily and quickly installed in only 10 seconds without a finisher.
